This conscientious lady, works hard, works long, (sometimes 10 hours per day) and enjoys immensely what she does. Since her writing style is nothing like the canned reviews found on download sites, you will always be able to take ~ Swan's words at face value and know that you have read a good cross section of the software; what it's 'supposed' to do and what it really does.
