    Add your own free HTML message scroller to your site. Customise it to suit your needs. Add any HTML you need and presto! you have your message scroller. Adjust the height and width to suit your needs. Your visitors won't be able to edit it - they will just see your scrolling message.
    Very basic yet very effective.
